We try and organise a beach clean up event on the River Thames at least once a month. Some of these are public, some are private.

For anyone who hasn’t done any beach cleaning before it’s a lovely wholesome time out and win win in so many ways:

• Doing something positive for the environment helping looking after our precious rivers and oceans.
• Looking for micro plastic (and other plastic / rubbish) is weirdly meditative so helpful in alleviating busy anxious minds.
• Being near water is incredibly soothing and invigorating
• Plus you get to meet a friendly bunch of new people!
