I am delighted a new series of 'Doing Good Before Work' is back this summer. These are my monthly early morning beach clean ups along the River Thames before you hit your desk.
They’ll be more dates announced but the first two are in the lovely long months of June.

For anyone new to beach cleaning, it really is a lovely wholesome activity for mind, body, soul and soul! And great way to start your day! If that’s not enough it’s also a brill way to meet people and help do your bit looking after the River Thames time.
